Put it to work
Reuse Saved packages with their descriptions and prices. Choose which to offer, organize them into categories, and reorder the options clients see.
Clients move through category, package, date and time, category-specific questions, and contact details without jumping between pages.
Set weekly hours, minimum notice, a booking horizon up to three years, and independent before/after buffers. Block days or time ranges; reasons stay internal.
Unavailable dates cannot be selected, and available starts appear on a 30-minute grid. Clients can change their viewing timezone while your business schedule stays consistent.
Pending requests and lead dates do not reserve a slot. Several clients can request the same date; approval checks availability again before creating or confirming the job.
Review requests in Booking Requests or filter Projects by Lead status. Receive the submitted details by email when sending is configured, then continue with the project's workflow, quote, and agreement.
Your process, connected
Bring package selection, availability, questions, and request review into Flovuni instead of moving between a form builder, scheduling service, and project tracker. The client requests a booking; you retain the final decision to confirm it.
Choose packages from the same library used by your quote builder. Add categories, reorder the choices, and set a duration, location, and separate before/after buffers.
Choose weekly hours, minimum notice, and how far ahead clients may request—up to three years. Block whole days or time ranges you cannot offer.
Share or embed the branded form. Clients choose a category, package, available date/time, category questions, and contact details, with back navigation that preserves their entries.
Open Booking Requests to approve or decline. Approval rechecks availability and creates the booked job or confirms the lead already associated with that request. Contact the client to confirm the agreed booking.
Set before and after buffers independently for each offered package. Available start times use a half-hour grid and must fit your business hours and buffers. The client can change the viewing timezone without changing your business schedule.
Leads and pending requests do not block availability. Several people may request the same date, which is useful for wedding inquiries. Your pending request window controls review expiry—not a slot hold—and approval checks current availability again.
A practical example
An illustrative studio form with the packages you choose to offer.
Submitting a request does not confirm a booking, charge a card, or automatically create an invoice. Approval, decline, and cancellation do not automatically email the client. With two-way Google sync enabled, imported busy times also block availability; their details stay private.
Before you get started
This feature is a request-and-approval flow, not instant booking. Availability is checked on submission and again on approval.
Yes. Add text, single-choice, checkbox questions, and headings for each category, before the contact details.
No. Only confirmed job dates and unavailable blocks reserve availability. The pending request window controls expiry for review.
No. The form displays the offered package price. Create a quote or invoice afterward and use Flovuni's payment tools if needed.

Quote a portrait package, wedding coverage or commercial production with custom deliverables and crew rates. See the price update as you build, before you create the quote.
Collect wedding details, portrait requirements or a commercial photo/video brief with branded, category-specific questions. Review the inquiry in one inbox before turning it into a lead.
