Clear expectations for using Flovuni, managing your plan, and sharing work with clients.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Flovuni is a workspace for managing leads, bookings, workflows, client information, documents, planning, and finances. It provides software tools, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. This draft is available for review; the operator’s legal identity, governing law, and final contractual provisions must be confirmed before public launch.
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and grant workspace access only to people you authorize. You must have authority to act for the business whose records you manage. Client links are intended for the recipients you select; protect them as access links, not public marketing URLs.
Starter allows up to three active projects. Paid plans offer the capacity shown on the pricing page. The checkout shows the applicable price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable taxes before you subscribe. Payment-provider fees are separate from the Flovuni subscription.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Owners can manage the plan in Settings → Plan & billing and cancel renewal. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period, paid access remains until that billing period ends. Free-plan limits apply afterward; cancellation does not itself erase workspace records.
Contact anthony@deliaphotography.com about subscription billing or refund requests. A request is not a promise of a refund, and these draft terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law. Changes to an existing subscription’s price must be communicated before they apply.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, permission to use and share it, and the terms of your agreements with clients. Your content remains yours; operating the app requires storing, processing, and displaying it for the workspace and recipients you authorize.
Review quote and invoice totals, payment schedules, dates, and document versions before sharing. Electronic-signature and contract features do not guarantee that a particular agreement satisfies every legal requirement. Keep copies of important records and obtain professional advice where needed.
Businesses using Flovuni remain responsible for their own client services, payment instructions, taxes, disputes, and refunds. Stripe and other connected services have separate terms and requirements. Recording a manual payment or refund does not move money. Workflows guide and track work; completing a task does not itself send an email or charge a client.
Do not use Flovuni for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass workspace permissions. Do not upload malicious files or other people’s credentials. Access may need to be restricted to protect users or the service when misuse or a security issue is identified; contact Support if you believe a restriction is in error.
Features may change, and maintenance or provider outages can affect availability. The service does not currently publish a guaranteed uptime or support-response SLA. Report issues through Support. No software or storage service is immune to errors; retain independent copies of essential business records.
Read Privacy for information about workspace data and connected providers. Questions about this draft or the service can be sent to anthony@deliaphotography.com. Final operator details, liability provisions, dispute procedures, and policy approval remain subject to legal review.
