REVENUE & EXPENSES
Review revenue, expenses, outstanding balances, and the progress from quote to payment.
Put it to work
Use saved packages, custom line items, team members, flat or hourly rates, markup, notes, and tax defaults while totals update as you work.
Accepted quotes can become invoices with the same project, contact, line items, and shared document number—so finance records do not duplicate.
Record e-transfer, cash, and other manual payments, offer deposits or schedules, or let clients pay online with Stripe when enabled.
Track paid amounts, deductions, due dates, outstanding balances, payment plans, receipts, and financial pipeline data in one place.
Email invoices to clients once email sending is configured. Include your business details, optional notes, a clear due date, and a payment link when Stripe is enabled.
Record percentage-based manual payments, edit manual records, enable optional tips per invoice, and issue full or partial refunds for received payments. Stripe payments reconcile automatically and send receipts.
Your process, connected
A quote describes proposed work; an invoice asks for payment for agreed work. Flovuni keeps both on one page with separate tabs, so you can price a project, convert the accepted quote, and track the balance without rebuilding the document.
Choose the contact and project, add saved packages or custom line items, and see totals update before the quote is created. Tax comes from your saved settings.
Add team members directly in the builder. Choose saved day rates, hourly pricing, or a flat amount, then apply a dollar or percentage markup.
Acceptance converts the quote into an invoice, moving it out of the active Quotes tab. Keep the same document number with your invoice prefix, rather than creating a second active finance record.
Review the draft, add notes and a due date, then send it to the client once email is configured. Use the invoice's balance, payment records, and schedule to see what remains owed.
Save common service packages in Settings, then add them to a quote without recreating their contents. Custom quantities, rates, team costs, and markup let you price the actual job rather than force every client into the same package.
Edit details and the number before sending. Use Revise invoice when an issued order changes, including after payments: previous versions remain in Revision history and payments stay attached. The invoice keeps its number, currency and issue date. Duplicate draft creates a separate document, not a revision. Saving a revision does not send an email or charge the client; resend when ready. Paid invoices are retained through archiving rather than voiding or deleting a payment record.
A practical example
An illustrative numbering example using matching quote and invoice prefixes.
You can also create an invoice directly when the price was already agreed. Conversion back to a quote is subject to the document's eligibility and payment history.
Before you get started
Yes. Create an invoice directly from a project's financials or the Quotes & Invoices page.
Flovuni tracks project income, expenses, outstanding balances, and financial views. It does not replace professional bookkeeping, tax filing, or a full accounting ledger.
Set a booking deposit, production instalment and final balance on one invoice. Accept online payments through your connected Stripe account or record payments received another way.
Keep couples, portrait clients, agencies and brand teams connected to their shoots, documents, finances and next actions—not scattered across separate tools.
Track photographers, videographers, editors and production assistants in one directory. Pro and Studio let you invite the people who need their own login and assigned-project access.
