One invoice can have a deposit and instalments. Received payments reduce what remains.
Put it to work
Set payment labels, amounts or percentages, and due dates without creating a new invoice for each deposit or balance.
Enable Stripe for an invoice, or turn it off when a client prefers e-transfer, cash, or another payment method.
Successful Stripe payments update the invoice through payment-provider events. Receipts are emailed when sending is configured.
Refund eligible Stripe payments through Flovuni, or record a manual refund after returning money outside the app.
Your process, connected
A deposit, a progress payment, and a final balance can all belong to the same invoice. Flovuni connects the schedule and received payments to that invoice so you can distinguish what is planned from what has actually been paid.
Add a plan while creating the invoice or from its detail page. Give instalments labels, due dates, and amounts or percentages that fit your agreement.
Enable online Stripe payments where appropriate, or disable them for an invoice when payment will arrive by e-transfer, cash, or another method.
Enter manual payments, including a percentage that calculates the amount. Successful online payments reconcile through Stripe's events and update the remaining balance.
Review received payments and receipts. Edit or delete eligible manual entries to correct mistakes, or use a refund to record money returned rather than rewriting its history.
Online client payments use Stripe Connect. Complete onboarding for your workspace before offering the pay button. Clients pay through Stripe's checkout; available payment methods depend on Stripe and the client's device.
Eligible Stripe payments can be refunded through Flovuni. Partial refunds let you return a specific amount while keeping the original payment and refund history. For a manual refund, return the money outside the app first, then record it.
A practical example
Illustrative example: a CA$2,000 invoice, with a 25% deposit and the rest due later.
A payment plan describes the amounts and due dates. It does not automatically charge the client's card on each date. Flovuni subscription billing is separate from your clients' invoice payments.
Before you get started
Yes. Disable online payment for that invoice and record the payment once it arrives.
No. Opening checkout is not payment confirmation. Flovuni waits for the successful payment-provider event before treating the online payment as received.
Price coverage, production crew and deliverables, then turn accepted quotes into invoices. Keep deposits, expenses and outstanding balances connected to the shoot.
Give wedding couples, studio clients and brand teams one private home for shoot details, paperwork, payments and links to their finished photos or films. Keep internal tasks and notes private.
Turn your photo or video process into a reusable checklist—from the first inquiry to shoot preparation, editing and final delivery. Keep the next action and its deadline visible.
